Assalamualaikum  and Salam One Malaysia, my friends.
 My name is Ahmad Zulfaqar bin Shamsul Ariffin. I am 10 years old. I grew up in a modest family. My family consists of 4 members  father, mother, brother and myself. I am studying in Sek.  Kebangsaan  Bintong. At school , I  joined  Kelab DoKtor Muda. Through this club I learn about a healthy lifestyle.
My dear friends,
A healthy lifestyle should be practiced regularly. I am a hygiene-conscious person .  During school holidays I would get up early. As usual, I will shower and clean up.
Every time I take a bath , I will use soap. Our body will be smelly  if we sweat.  So to get rid of body odor, we must use soap when  we bath.
Here, I want to tell about the importance of brushing  your teeth.
Do you know how to brush your teeth properly?
We need to brush our teeth three times  a day, in the morning, afternoon and before bed. The practice aims to clean the teeth of any food residue. Food residue can cause tooth damage.
Believe me my friends,
I never had toothache. My mother said  healthy  teeth will produce a happy face every day.  If  we did’nt  take good care of our teeth , we’ll get a toothache.
In addition we need to eat healthy food every day . Before going to school, we must have  our breakfast. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Eating breakfast is important to everyone.
 However, it is often one of the most skipped meals. When we skip breakfast, we can end up going for long periods of time without food. Our brain and muscles need energy to function.
Furthermore, eating breakfast as a family is an excellent opportunity to share and communicate with all the family members.
Often, I like to eat bread and jam for breakfast. A glass of fresh milk is enough for me …to start a new day.........to be continue....(skrip ni aku mintak tolong kawan BHS ING. edit gak, tq Suher....
